Warranty.

All our High Quality Swiss watches come with a 12 months warranty and our High Quality  Japanese watches have a 6 months warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects on it's Swiss made ETA mechanism.

The watches we sell are water resistant up to 10 meters. We recommend that you expose the watch only to splashes or rain drops. Do not use it for water activities such as swimming or diving.
Water damages are not covered by the warranty and will automatically revoke it.

The warranty does not cover damage which is intentional and/or due to negligence. Defects caused by tear and wear are also not covered by the warranty .

Refund Policy

If within 10 days of receipt you are not satisfied or you find an error in the design or manufacture of the watch, you can return it for a complete refund or replacement.
